We understand that occasionally you may wish to return goods to us.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 14 days to the return address shown on your invoice and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
We will gladly exchange, replace or refund your purchase with the following exceptions: –
- We cannot accept the return of a product if it has been opened. If an item has been opened we will only accept the return if the product is found to be faulty.
- If you are returning an item because of error on our part, or because it’s faulty, we will refund both the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.
- If you are returning items other than as a result of errors on our part or product defects then you will be responsible for the original delivery charge and the return costs.
Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.
Please ensure that any returned goods are properly packaged to avoid breakages as we cannot be held responsible for damaged goods.
