How to order?

The quickest and easiest way to order is to enter your credit or debit card details over our secure shopping basket.  If you have any queries or questions, please feel free to email us using customerservice@amperesbeauty.com.

Why are the products so much cheaper?

We sell products directly to the public. There is no shop and there are no middlemen, so our overheads are kept very low, and we pass our savings onto you!

Are the products that you sell real?

All the products that we sell are completely genuine – we have no dealing with counterfeit of fake products. We sell the same brands you will find in all the big retail department stores except we offer you better prices.

Amperes Beauty delivers within approximately 5 working days on our standard service, 2 working days on our expedited delivery service. Please choose your options at the checkout.

What if I want to make an exchange or want a refund?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and we would hope to resolve any problems you may have. If, however, you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, please contact customerservice@amperesbeauty.com and we will promptly exchange the item, issue a credit or refund you.
